With a background in human behaviour and graphic design, I create training experiences that are learner-centered. My training philosophy is that if learners understand the content and personally connected to the content, that’s where true learning excels. I incorporate conversational language, real work examples and anchor learning to the real role responsibilites.
When I’m not at work, you will likely find me out for a run, indulging in the latest rom-com series, or enjoying a pastry at a local coffee shop.
