The Problem
New AfterSales reps are not always accurately transferring cases internally to our Repair Teams. This oversight causes significant delays in case progression and negatively impacts the guest experience.
The Solution
I created an eLearning to help new AfterSales reps master how, when, and to who to transfer cases with our internal Repair Teams. Many new reps struggle to complete all required steps to successfully transfer a case internally, and so, this eLearning will introduce an original memory device to help learners memorize and understand the process.
Short knowledge checks will be used throughout the eLearning to ensure engagement and that the right actions are taken during real case handling on the floor.
